We are first time homebuyers and didn't know what we were doing... at all. When we found a house we liked on Zillow, they randomly assigned Greg to us, and we decided to move forward with him as our agent after that one excellent tour! He was very responsive and made a lot of time for us. We were looking a little further away from his typically geographical range, but he never made us feel like a burden. On several days, we wanted to visit 4+ homes in a row, and he made it happen and made it work smoothly. On the tours, he was extremely helpful, letting us take our time and form our own opinions, but also pointing things out from his years of expertise that we otherwise wouldn't have known to notice (or appreciate, or be concerned about!). We felt Greg was helpful, responsive, kind, and capable! We would absolutely choose him again.
