Yet from that first meeting, to the appointment with his stager, to his office staff and his personal touch with clear expertise in real-estate--we were always assured that Greg was at the helm of the whole thing. Mom's 83, and selling her beloved house was not easy at every emotional level. Greg understood this and was always available to encourage and help us persevere. No questions were too silly to answer (as her daughter, I had no idea how the process worked!), and he was full of patience as we whined occasionally and texted too often.
