If you are looking for a realtor in the area I highly recommend Mario Amaral! We started this journey back in April when the military was sending me to South FL. I'm a first time homeowner and Mario helped me every step of the way. I only had a week to look for a house and he made sure I looked at every listing he had before I made my decision. When I picked one and wasnt able to be there in person. He made sure he was there when inspection was being held. After I signed my papers our journey doesnt end there. I still message Mario with questions about homeowners and he replies with an understandable answer. So yea if I can recommend a realtor Ill recommend you Mario Amaral.

Lisa did a great job finding me a place to rent. I got stationed in Homestead, FL from Hampton Roads, VA. Due to the time constraints, I could not travel down to Miami to look for a rental property or even an area that I should be looking. Lisa gave me advice on the areas I should be looking to move to and helped me find a place with the specifications I wanted.
