Grant Villeneuve

My name is Grant Villeneuve, I am 30 years old and an Atherton native. I am a homeowner in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, an avid surfer, artist, and a dedicated residential REALTOR(R) aligned with Villeneuve Properties | Intero Real Estate in downtown Menlo Park. I split my time between San Francisco and Atherton and am a fourth generation Bay Area local and a second generation local realtor. I was born and raised in Atherton and attended Sacred Heart Preparatory, Deerfield Academy and Brown University. My experiences growing up as a local has given me a unique knowledge and appreciation of the area and an extremely intimate understanding of Bay Area Real Estate. Now as an established Real Estate Professional with a unique approach, I am well known for the attention I give to each transaction and the customer service I provide.
