Grant has knowledge about the local real estate which he could tap into to answer almost any questions I had about the real estate as well as some related subjects like water wells. He is knowledgeable about the process of transacting in real estate and guided me quite well through the various steps. He sent me reminders when deadlines were approaching, including deadlines for exercising options to pull out of the transaction. He is reliable. I would choose him for any transactions I do in the Eagle County area in the future.

Grant did a wonderful job for my wife and me. We met Grant several years before we finally made the decision to seriously pursue homeownership in the Vail Valley. As a real estate professional myself, I knew what I needed from a local agent...great effort, thorough market knowledge, balanced opinions, perseverance and patience (we were not quite ready to buy when we started looking). He was all of that and more. He earned our business early on with hard work and a willingness to assist us without pushing us. When we finally found the right home for us, he was a strong partner in getting us under contract and working through closing. Grant is an amazing asset when searching for a home. He is very professional, timely, knowledgable, compassionate, and has great vision for the market, and us as buyers.
