Hello all! A little about me is that I love homes! I have been dealing with real estate for over 10 years now. I started my real estate career in renovating houses and then that led to helping others see the value in homes. I have 12 years of history in Finance, graduated from USC-Upstate with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management concentrating in Economics and Finance. I am a veteran with 10 years of service with the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi! I have an amazing family with my wife, Jennifer, and our three kids, Austin, Cooper, and Adelynn, and enjoy spending time with them while not working with or on homes. Grant went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the entire process of buying our home. I found Grant through Bigger Pockets when my family first started considering relocating from Michigan and looking for primary residences in upstate SC. He was super responsive right off the bat and had showings booked before we even made the drive down. In short order we were able to find a fantastic property for my parents to retire to and my wife and I found our first live-in fix and flip in SC. He even hooked us up with a fantastic contractor in the area to build our first ever new construction! Real estate is Grants business, and he excels at it as both an agent and an investor. He knows the area and has a great network. But more importantly hes a genuinely good guy and will do his best to help where he can. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Grant to anyone new to the area, new to the business or interested in growing your portfolio.
