I found Grant through Bigger Pockets when my family first started considering relocating from Michigan and looking for primary residences in upstate SC. He was super responsive right off the bat and had showings booked before we even made the drive down. In short order we were able to find a fantastic property for my parents to retire to and my wife and I found our first live-in fix and flip in SC. He even hooked us up with a fantastic contractor in the area to build our first ever new construction! Real estate is Grants business, and he excels at it as both an agent and an investor.
