Grant Bolender

My family has been in the industry for over 16 years. It's been a privilege growing up in the
Western Suburbs of Chicago and enjoying all that this community has to offer in recreation
and education. I've always had an interest in investing in real estate. I believe this part of
the Midwest is a great area to raise a family and own a home. I've taken marketing and
management courses in college to prepare myself for a career in Real Estate.

I'm energetic and have the time to devote my efforts to my clients needs. I feel being part
of the Tim Binning Team will allow me to dedicate more time to showing homes to our
