While I am proud of my professional achievements, I feel that it is important for people to know who I am first and be able to understand why and how I can help you find your next home. My name is Grace Sanchez and I have been a resident of the Fort Hood area for nearly 50 years. I arrived to the area as a military brat and attended school in Copperas Cove, Texas. I made the choice to stay in the area and raise my family here. In fact, my children attended school in both Killeen, Texas and Copperas Cove, Texas. I also worked within the Killeen Independent School District prior to becoming a realtor in 2007. I love interacting with people, getting to know them, and helping them not only be their best self but also find that place that they, too, can call "home."

Relocation, in general, can be extremely stressful and I am here to help guide you every step of the way. This also means assisting you in getting acquainted with the Fort Hood area. I believe that getting myself to where I am today is a direct result of my past customers continuing to send their friends and family to me. I am so thankful for this as I love to take care of people and those that mean so much to them! I also believe that it is important to immerse myself in high tech marketing practices.
