Absolutely wonderful. Best experience. So helpful. To make things easier on us, she has continued to go over to our newly purchased home because we have not arrived yet and accept all of our big items on our behalf (fridge, washer, dryer, etc.). This is the second home I have purchased, and she has set the bar extremely high when it comes to Realtors. Absolutely recommend for anyone buying or selling a house. It didn?t feel like a basic interaction. It felt like I was talking to family.

Absolute rock star from start to finish! Grace had very prompt responses to calls/texts, punctual for viewings, and incredibly knowledgeable. She spent a ton of time curating and sending me collections of listings that fit my budget and preferences, which helped expand my search. Also when I was having trouble securing my VA loan she put me in touch with all the right people. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate terms, Grace guided me on strategy and got everything that we wanted! I couldn?t be more thankful to have had her in my corner during the often stressful home buying process, and would absolutely call her again if I purchase another home. Grace helped us sell our last home and buy our current one. We could not ask for anybody better! Our house sold very quickly and the process was extremely smooth with her by our side. When buying our current home, she was very open and honest about how we should proceed forward. The first time putting an offer on our home, we were not chosen. Of course, we were heartbroken since this was our dream house in the perfect location. She kept open communications with the selling realtor, and when the sale fell through, she was able to immediately put in an offer and help us close on our dream home. She was even packing up our boxes in her own vehicle when we were at crunch time and needed to head to closing but had run out of space to pack boxes. We cannot sing Grace?s praises enough!
