I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace is amazing! Shes knowledgeable, professional, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and successful. The house was sold in record time. I was very lucky to have connected with Grace. In retrospect I think it was fate that brought us together and I'm so grateful it did. I dont think I could have found a better agent. I had the pleasure of working with Grace Desiderio on the recent sale of my parents home. It was a difficult time when my mother passed away two years ago. Prior to her passing my mother had appointed me the aEURoeExecutor of her EstateaEUR?. When the time came, when we could no longer finance or keep up with the maintenance of my parents home, I had the burden of making the heart rendering decision to eventually put the house up for sale. Honestly, I had no idea what to do or where to begin. When I met Grace, she was very personable, professional and empathetic of my situation. Grace assured me that she would be there to guide me throughout the whole process. Grace is dedicated, reliable, and has exceptional market knowledge in the real estate business. The communication throughout the proceedings was excellent. She took all my calls, patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed of any progress. Grace has an extensive network of trusted resource personnel ranging from real estate attorneys, contractors, landscapers, professional cleaners etc. that she had connected me to complete the task at hand. Grace has excellent problem-solving skills and is quick to find a resolution. She will go above and beyond, especially when unexpected issues arise. Truly, you couldn't ask for a better guide through the process of either buying or selling a home. And we did both with Grace. She is warm, lightning quick at responding, and plugged into everyone you might need during your transition to either owning or selling your home. You name it, she knows somebody. And not just 'somebody'. Everyone she's recommended to us for either electrical work, or gas, or yard work, whatever it is, has been fantastic. Plus, as usually happens with any purchase or sale this big, there are the inevitable hiccups, setbacks, what have you.
