I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. I had the pleasure of working with Grace Desiderio on the recent sale of my parents home. It was a difficult time when my mother passed away two years ago. When the time came, when we could no longer finance or keep up with the maintenance of my parents home, I had the burden of making the heart rendering decision to eventually put the house up for sale.
