Solid points of view on homes and neighborhoods (only offered opinions when asked). We flew out to look for homes with our 2 little kids. He made sure that kids were entertained while the wife and I looked around through the homes. It was exhausting but if not for Gordon it would have been a mess and a half. After the purchase, things were smooth. He negotiated the home sale contingency which we needed. Honestly, it was a very smooth experience overall. We found him on Zillow and just called to see if we can look at a home we noticed that was for sale (Not the home we actually purchased). Without hesitation he asked when would be the best time to for us. I replied with now if possible... without hesitation he immediately dropped whatever he was doing and met us out there --(WOW) I wasnt expecting that! We ended up purchasing a home a few month later (we are picky) after seeing over 50 homes. Gordon was so wonderful, I cannot imagine using someone else. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable! He knew all of the pros and cons to look for in a home and actually took the time on each home to point them out and teach us what to look for. He wanted to make sure we purchased our forever home.
