We met Gordon at an open house. During the open house he was professional, polite, knowledgeable of market and the home. He was never hovering or pushy during the open house. After the open house he followed up to our questions with detailed information. Again, never pushy but made it clear he would like to work for us to find a home. We decided to use him in that effort. He kept us informed of the house we liked, while showing us other homes that met our criteria so we were always aware of the market. He stated several times he wanted us to make a well informed decision and ensure we were happy with our new home. He realizes buying a home is a very big deal for the buy in time and money. He truly want the buyer to get the best deal possible and the right home. He was willing willing to move from one home to the next with just as much focus and effort as the first home. He returned our calls or text within minutes not hours or days. He would respond day or night very quickly with an answer or that he would get back to us while he looked into our question.
