Gonzalo Vargas

Gonzalo is a world traveler, born in Chile and raised as far West as Los Angeles, and as far East as Miami, with friends and family members everywhere in between. Now
residing in Houston for over 20 years, Gonzalo has developed a true sense of compassion
for his hometown, and aspires to share his knowledge and experience in real estate with
his clients from all over the world. His entrepreneurial, sales, and negotiating background
with a love for working with people, led Gonzalo to begin his real estate career.
Since he earned his real estate license in 2005 however, selling for him has been all about helping people and providing exceptional service. "Earning my clients' trust and helping
families begin a new chapter is an amazing feeling," he says. "I'm so fortunate to be able
to see smiling faces at the conclusion of a sale and know that I had a part in getting my
clients where they want to be."
Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish, which is a huge asset in Houston's diversified market. His goal in every transaction is to provide his clients with clear and open communication so
they are informed and educated throughout the entire process. As a buyer you can be
assured that Gonzalo will be as patient as you need me to be, or act as
quickly as required.
Gonzalo is also passionate about his family, Christ and CrossFit. Gonzalo follows the same advice in CrossFit as in his life and his career...never quit!
