There were times that we felt like maybe we were asking too much and wanted to just settle, but they encouraged us to ask our questions, clarified answers as many time as we needed them to and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were not settling. When we finally found our home and made an offer, we ran into hiccup after hiccup with the sellers side, but the Siven team never stopped advocating for us to ensure that we could close the deal in a way that we felt comfortable moving forward. In fact, even though they trusted the deal would go through, when our disappointment led to us just wanting to give up, they still took their time to show us other properties WHILE continuing with negotiations. Their expertise in the industry is impeccable, and they met every single one of our needs. Were so happy with our home that will now be our wedding venue and then the home well raise our children in.
