I would like to say that it was a pleasure to work with Mrs. Gloria Green, for the sale of my home at 416 Clover Rd., Wilmington N.C. Gloria was honest and responded quickly to all of my requests. She also found the companies to work on the outside and the inside of my home. Gloria worked with me to set the correct sales price for the house to be sold and moved the sale much faster than I could ever have expected. The contractors that she found to work on my home were excellent, they priced the repair work to be done at a reasonable, respectable rate, which I believe was fair. I believe Gloria Green was the best realtor that I have worked with. I have been buying and selling homes since 1981.
