I can honestly say that I 100% trusted his judgement and knew that he was looking out for my best interest in the sale of my childhood home. Glenn did not try low ball to flip the house to make a quick profit, he is respectful and knows that this is more than just a sales transaction. With that said, he also is not unrealistic. The house was older and needed work. He gave me facts and laid out my options in order to get the best price possible with the least amount of headache. It was a difficult period of time with the passing of my parents, I had many matters to attend to and I live 2 hours away.
