With Glenn's past building experience he has the knowledge to point out issues in houses that we would have missed. Many times he wrote up offers for us and gave us advice on what makes offers look most enticing to buyers. He made recommendations on types of loans and the correct people to talk to about those loans. After having an offer accepted, Glenn organized a date and time for us to have an inspector look at that house. He was able to go that extra mile for us by ensuring in writing that we were moving into a house that would have no issues by having the sellers replace the heater for us. Glenn in many ways went above and beyond what we expected a realtor to do for us, and he made the home buying process as painless as it could be. We would highly recommend Glenn as we had a great experience with him and for the fact that he is going to be who we work with for our future needs.

Glenn Kuperus is an experienced building contractor. That gives the positive aspect of matching the needs of a structure to be built with the right location, land topography and related needs. If it is an existing structure he knows what to look for in red flags or qualities in a property. I am a cautious customer who previously checks out liscensing with the state on providers. Glenn checked out favorably for both his brokerage and agent's license at the time of our deal. That along with his professional and personable handling of this transaction would direct me to use his services again for future real estate needs.
