I've been a licensed Realtor for 30 years and have worked full time in my current market for 15+ years. I'm pleased to have sold 350+ homes with a total value in excess of $140,000,000.

I am also an active real estate investor, owning many rental properties and having 'flipped' several homes. I believe owning real estate, when done properly, is a great way to build your net worth & create monthly cash flow.
