We were very happy with him because he had great local knowledge of the Real Estate market but more importantly he was incredibly accommodating of our unique situation of buying and moving to Brentwood from back East. We recently got back in contact with Glenn to assist us in understanding the local rental market because a family member has a home we want to convert to a rental home. He came over to the home and explained the process of getting the home ready for rent, provided market data on what it would likely rent for, suggested good ways for us to market the home and screen tenants. He shared some of his experiences as a real estate investor, the good & not-so-good parts of being a landlord. We learned a lot and are comfortable moving forward with our first rental. He did all of this for free, just to help us get up to speed quickly. While we didnt need to hire Glenn at this time because of his advice, we would not hesitate to use or recommend him in the future to buy or sell homes.

He was very thorough in guiding us step by step through the first time home buyer process. Neither of us knew anything other than we needed a place to live. Glenn was kind, understanding, and gave clear feedback on the pros and cons of each decision we made along the way. He was attentive and patient with us. Given our naivity, I'm thankful we lucked out in finding Glenn through a connection at work. While our intent was to be at the home he helped us find in the long term, we did end up moving out of state. We reached out to Glenn, and he helped us secure a great tenant before we moved. We had previously used him to sell my mother-in-law's house and I knew he was the one we had to use to sell this house. He assists you in every way by sharing his expertise, being super honest and totally available. He prepares a comprehensive and easy to follow list of needed repairs to make the house ready to sell. Also, Glenn became a grounded, centered, stress reliever of sorts when I found things to be overwhelming. His guidance is immeasurable and I will call on Glenn if I ever need him again.
