Ann was great throughout the entire home buying process. Her knowledge of the actual home buying process was invaluable. During the closing there were mistakes in some of the title companys documents that she caught right away. After all the documents were signed, she wanted to know why a particular document hadnt been seen. The title company rep had overlooked it. Ann found that that document needed corrections as well. Ann was also very up front with her assessment of a potential property. Her assessment was always correct when I insisted we still check it out. Very happy with her efforts and the final outcome.
