Glenda sold our house in Boise in 2025. She was very responsive and definitely went that extra mile for us. There was a bit of a snafu that my husband and I unwittingly got ourselves into. She spent a lot of time making that right and she was on it immediately. She is super thorough and really knows the market and the business. Mrs. Glenda helped me a lot to buy a house and I was able to buy it with her help. She is a very respectful and kind lady and is very honest in helping and is like a good friend and takes care of the client to get the best deal for the buyer. The buyer should explain to the realtor exactly what type of property they want to buy and what their budget is etc.

Glenda was very helpful and efficient during the whole selling process. We had a few health issues during the selling time period and Glenda made everything easy and comfortable for us. We were frequently out of town and Glenda handled any issues that arose in our absence. We had tenants in one of the units and Glenda communicated with them and made sure they were comfortable throughout the whole process. During the inspection phase some issues needed to be addressed, and the buyer seemed ready to walk away, and Glenda jumped in and helped save the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenda to anyone looking for a relator for the purpose of buying or selling. Glenda is a true professional and my husband and I were very pleased.
