About Giselle Azcona Lubbock
Hi I'm Giselle Azcona-Lubbock, I was born and raised in the vibrant neighborhood of Washinton Heights in New York City. Growing up in a tight knit Dominican American community I learned the values of family, hard work and perseverance from a young age. Right after graduating from Syracuse University the world of telecommunications beckoned and I seized the opportunity to work in this dynamic field. I learned the ropes, honed my skills and contributed to the ever-evolving technology landscape. In my late 20's I met the love of my life and together we ventured into the tattoo industry. This endeavor allowed us to combine our creative talents and entrepreneurial spirit while building lasting relationships with our clients. My career path led me to explore the world of finance where I developed the knack for managing budgets, investments, financial planning. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of financial stability. Today I am pursuing a career in Real Estate drawing upon my experiences in telecommunications, finance and entrepreneurship. My goal is to assist others in finding their dream homes and investment properties, all while maintaining a strong focus on family values, client service and giving back to my community.

HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of work, I love spending time with my 4-year-old son--seeing the world through his eyes reminds me to embrace joy, curiosity, and playfulness every day. I believe each day is an opportunity to grow, learn, and bring out my inner child. I enjoy running, practicing yoga, diving into a good book, and ending the day surrounded by family. Everything I do is rooted in my love for them and my passion for helping people, especially those going through life transitions. Supporting others through change is where I truly find purpose.
FAMILY
I've been married for 13 years and am a proud mom to my 4-year-old son. Family means everything to me. We're getting ready to adopt dogs again, a new chapter that comes with healing from the recent loss of my 17-year-old rescue, Panda, who was such a big part of our lives.

FAQ
I always remind buyers to get clear on their goals and budget before jumping in. In today’s competitive market, being prepared with a pre-approval and understanding the numbers ahead of time is key. I also encourage buyers to focus not only on the home itself but on the lifestyle and community it provides—because it’s not just a property, it’s where your life happens.
For sellers, preparation is everything. Take the time to make small improvements, declutter, and present your home in its best light. At the same time, be realistic about pricing based on the current market trends. The right strategy will help you attract serious buyers and often spark multiple offers. I also remind sellers that selling can feel emotional, but having a trusted guide helps keep the focus on achieving their bigger goals.
I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, sellers looking to move into their next chapter, investors searching for the right opportunity, and families navigating probate situations. Every client is unique, and I love meeting people where they are—whether they’re excited, nervous, or overwhelmed—and helping them feel confident throughout the process.
One transaction that stands out was helping a young couple secure their first home. They were splitting their time between Chicago and New Jersey, and it was important to them to find not just a place to live, but an investment for their future. We navigated a competitive market, and I was able to guide them through each step, from offer strategy to negotiations. Seeing the joy on their faces when they finally got the keys was a reminder of why I love what I do.
My background has always been in customer service and sales, and I’ve always had a passion for helping people. After buying a home myself and seeing how impactful a good agent can be, I knew I wanted to bring that same guidance and support to others. Real estate has given me the opportunity to blend my love for people, my community, and my interest in investing into a career where I can truly make a difference during one of life’s biggest transitions.
I consider myself a student of life—I’m always learning and growing. I constantly immerse myself in books, training, and experiences that help me become a better communicator and service provider for my clients. I studied Communications and Rhetorical Studies at Syracuse University, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding people, listening deeply, and building meaningful connections. Combined with hands-on experience in real estate and customer service, this allows me to guide clients with both knowledge and empathy.
