She made several recommendations to the house we were selling and we listened to her. She walked us through the whole process of selling our first house and she went beyond her call of duty to ensure the house sold fast. The house sold the first day it was listed. I've known Giovanna as long as I can remember, so, when I asked her to guide me through the wild world of real estate a few years ago, I knew I was in good hands. Since we began our search in 2012, Giovanna has been there to help me place offers, counteroffers, be outbid and see more houses than I ever imagined. During it all, however, she was patient and supportive. She always assured me that "my house" was out there.
