I was extremely fortunate to have had Ginny help me purchase my first home. She expertly guided me through each & every step of the process, was patient & thorough with all of my questions as a first time buyer, & worked relentlessly to find me exactly the home that I was looking for & within my very specific budget. Ginny is exceptionally familiar with all of the neighborhoods in & outside of the Tampa area & is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. She proved that she will never lead her clients in any direction that is not in their best interest & maintains incredibly high standards for the work that she provides. Ginny worked tirelessly for many months to ensure that every one of my considerations & expectations were met in full. A year & a half later, Ginny has stayed in contact with me & has continued to guide me as a homeowner. She continues to go above & beyond & to keep my best interests in mind & I know that I can fully depend on her for any questions that arise. Daniel Vozenilek made a recommendation for you Recently my wife and I had to make the hard decision to move my elderly parents from their home 4 hours away to a home close to us. With almost no notice, Ginny was able to quickly compile our wishlist must-haves for mom and dad. By the end of the week my mother made an offer on a villa in our neighborhood and they closed the next month.
