We recently moved to the US, and this is our first house bought here and since the beginning we felt very confident with the attention of Ginny. She explained the steps and the details of all the process keeping us with peace of mind to proceed with the acquisition of the property. She demonstrated how important her many years of experience on the Naperville area was for finding a right house to our necessity. We visited many opportunities, and she always quickly scheduled all our requested visits. During the visits, she supported us, evaluating the business and making the right decision. After some tentative, we found the right house exactly in accordance with our necessities. Ginny has a strong ability to capture customer needs and she was very assertive supporting us to do the right offer and close the deal. She has an excellent team to support all necessities during the process, and we felt supported all the time. After the deal, she kept all the attention to us in the next steps. We really enjoyed her partnership, and we are very happy with our new house!

ZillowVERIFIEDOnce in a lifetime experience! We are convinced that there is no real estate agent like Ginny! We are first home buyers and we had a bit of a complicated situation with the home search since we were moving from New York City to Naperville. One of our biggest fears was the fact that we would not be able to react on time and that the houses that we like would go off the market by the time we get to see them. With the current market, houses were sold in a matter of hours. Ginny suggested that we should visit Naperville and she will take care of showing us the houses that will give us the best picture of what we should look online since we were not familiar with the area at all. Imagine landing, checking into your hotel room, and the receptionist at the hotel tells you: ?Your real estate agent left you a present?. Sweets were fantastic! :) Folks, Ginny drove us around Naperville, showed us as many houses as we could possibly see (in our first visit she was able to fit in 12 houses for us to see in one day). After this, we knew exactly what threspectede next step would be in buying the house since she shared all sorts of scenarios that we could have. She showed us neighborhoods, restaurants, stores and acted as a tour guide for us! When the home that we liked appeared on the market and we texted her, Ginny was on site right away! Not only did she do a video tour with us, but she was able to find the way to book times for us in a timely manner so we flew from New York to Naperville, saw the home and put the offer in. All of that happened in practically 24 hours. She sat with us and helped us make an offer. While we were waiting for the response, she was texting us every hour to assure us that everything will be good. For first home buyers, this was a feeling that no other experience can replace. We felt like there was someone literally holding our hand and taking care of the process while we were able to dream about what tiles would be in a kitchen or what carpet would look best in the living room! :) After the offer was placed wherever we mentioned her name (inspection, lawyers, movers), we heard a smile in peoples voices. That?s when we confirmed that this is her regular practice and that Ginny is highly in her industry and community representing both sellers and buyers. For us, the experience that we thought would be stressful, turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences that we ever had. It?s a white glove service that should be shown as an example of how customer service is done on the highest possible level. Thank you for everything, Ginny!

The reviews are definitely true!! Working with Ginny was wonderful - she was patient and walked us through every step of the home buying process, even meeting with us in person to answer all of our questions and actually gave us info sheets about the process! She was so flexible and patient showing us many homes, and we felt she really had our best interests at heart...she wasnt even shy about pointing out potential concerns about homes we saw! She was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns we had during the buying process and even after the fact. We love the home we ended up buying with Ginny, and would enthusiastically recommend her to any homebuyer!
