If you are in the market for a home, be cautious when dealing with this agent, especially if they are the seller's representative. She has been known to accept multiple offers simultaneously and send contracts to several buyers. This practice can waste your time, money, and effort, including unnecessary trips to the lawyer's office to sign contracts.
