First, Joe was full of information about the area we were looking at, and taught us many things we would never learn just from reading about the area online or even during a visit, especially in the off-season. He helped narrow our search to specific areas based on our preferences, which ultimately led to making an offer on a home (we looked at over a dozen homes in one day). The whole process of making the offer through closing was spectacular; Joe really knows all the ins and outs and helped us succeed in making the deal, and was there every step of the way until we closed on the home.
