Gina was great start to finish. I was in a hurry to find the house and she took that up and found a house within 2 weeks and not just a house but a perfect house exactly what I was looking for. She updated me everyday by phone on different houses that either she had found or I had found and updated me on do's and don'ts of buying in certain areas of town for example flood zones and areas with high HOA fees. She was great I couldn't have asked for a better or more involved real estate agent. Great job Gina

We were lucky to connect with Gina when we were still in Colorado and planning our move to Florida. We orchestrated our new construction dirt build from Colorado, so you really need a real estate agent that you trust, has your back, and is on their game when you cant be there personally to oversee all the details and decisions. Gina was there for us from day one, helping us narrow down a community, sending us photos and videos to help us choose the right lot for us and giving her honest opinion on each. She continued to keep us posted through all stages of construction, advising us when something wasnt as it should be and getting things sorted. Ginas recommendations were invaluable and spot on every time. In what was a VERY competitive market with many challenging construction delays, Gina was incredible, making sure that we were aware of every obligation and deadline, helping us chase down the necessary parties to keep our construction on track, ensuring we got to the closing table with the least amount of stress and within our timeframe. We have very high expectations and Ginas knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and support surpassed our expectations. She absolutely went above and beyond and gave 110%! Gina is definitely the best of the best. In addition to being very professional, Gina is also very personable and were psyched to now be able to call her our friend. We couldnt have asked for a better agent to represent us and cant recommend Gina highly enough.
