She updated me everyday by phone on different houses that either she had found or I had found and updated me on do's and don'ts of buying in certain areas of town for example flood zones and areas with high HOA fees. We orchestrated our new construction dirt build from Colorado, so you really need a real estate agent that you trust, has your back, and is on their game when you cant be there personally to oversee all the details and decisions. Gina was there for us from day one, helping us narrow down a community, sending us photos and videos to help us choose the right lot for us and giving her honest opinion on each. She continued to keep us posted through all stages of construction, advising us when something wasnt as it should be and getting things sorted.
