My fiancA(C) and I decided to move from Chicago to Charlotte, and Marie was instrumental in our home buying process! As first-time homebuyers, shopping from across the country, we were nervous, to say the least. It took her no time at all to deeply understand our wants, and use her understanding to show us a wide array of properties that we could call home. It's easy in the homebuying process to walk into a house and get carried away thinking about what a future in that house might look like and forget that you should be looking at the house as is. Luckily, by the time you have come to your senses Marie has already checked the service history of the HVAC, for uneven flooring, and and sign of moisture. It was clear she always had our best interests in mind and always had our back. When the time came to make an offer, she guided us through the process from start to finish. After our offer was accepted she and her team made sure that everything required prior to close was moving ahead at full speed. As a first time home buyer, the expectations for the process were overwhelming. Keith was able to walk us through every step, providing valuable knowledge as well as addressing all of our concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner. We were extremely satisfied with everything from the various viewings of different homes all the way to the closing process when we found and purchased a home.
