I help locate and find the homes in the areas you are looking for. I listen to my buyers needs and I send emails daily of updates and new listings. I negotiate contracts, ensure your deposit is safe and ensure all extensions and legal paperwork is in order. I make the buying process a smooth transaction. I am also interested in working with investors and negotiating the purchase of REO properties and listing them. I can also help sellers, sell your home fast. We do open houses and spend a lot of money on marketing your property to sell. Whether you are up sizing or downsizing, I can help you navigate through the Real Estate process and accomplish you goals. If you are in over your head with an adjustable mortgage, recently divorce, or bankruptcy then I assist sellers during this stressful time in their lives through short sale practices and quick turnaround sales to save the equity in your home. I also help my clients find suitable housing for their family after the process has taken place through our apartment rental service. I was recently awarded the Bronze Excellence Award from the greater Providence Board of realtors for sales in excess of 4 million. I have recently been certified to help all military personnel and families of military personnel buy or sell homes, and have my CMRS designation now as well as PSA, and SFR designations.
