Working with Angel Lister was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional market knowledge, ensuring we were well-informed about the best neighborhoods and properties, pricing trends, and opportunities. Her strong communication skills made every step of the process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout. What truly set Angel apart was her trustworthiness and integrity. We always felt confident that she had our best interests at heart, never pushing us into a decision but instead guiding us with honesty and transparency. She also demonstrated networking skills working with multiple listing agents through the process. We tromped over miles of properties around three lakes (Jordan, Mitchell, and Lay), over a period of several months, having to carry walking sticks to traverse greater than 45 degree hill sides, and unfortunately discovering red bugs. We seriously considered three different houses but after multiple views of each, decided otherwise. Angels patience, charisma, and problem-solving skills were second to none. When we finally made a decision on two properties, Angel attended both closings even though they were 1.5 hours away and her attendance was not necessary. If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond look no further than Angel Lister.
