I have worked with all types of buyers and sellers, I have experience with divorces, young families who want to relocate, and older folks as well. I also work with new construction buyers.
Just about all of my deals have been easy with no problems. The one that stands out is one where the market was totally a sellers market and there was a lack of inventory as well. I told my buyer that I would go out and get a listing for him to purchase. Within a week that came true and my client was able to purchase the home.
My career in real estate began as a teenager when I started a vacant house cleaning business. This experience led to a position in a property management office, followed by a role at a title company. I later worked with Legacy Partners, where I contributed to the development and management of corporate business malls. From there, I transitioned to working with new home construction builders, and ultimately established myself as an independent realtor.
What sets me apart from other realtors is my extensive and diverse background in the real estate industry. Starting my career with a vacant house cleaning business, I gained firsthand knowledge of property upkeep and presentation. This early experience evolved into positions within property management, title companies, and corporate real estate development with Legacy Partners, where I played a key role in building and managing business malls.
My experience also extends to working closely with new home builders, allowing me to understand the construction process and what buyers value in a newly built home.
