The day of the apartment tours he was very communicative and proactive in making sure that I had everything I needed. For example, I had to miss one of my tours because my flight was delayed and he rolled with the punches and got all the information needed and even took a super detailed video on my behalf. He listened and understood what we wanted and what our budget was and wasted no time in giving us any and all information we asked for or had questions about and right away was able to show us properties that from what we discussed would best fit our family needs. He was so wonderful with our girls during the whole process and took even what they wanted for a new home into consideration which was adorable!! He stuck to our budget and he was a master negotiator and he was always very transparent with all the details and information and what he thought would work or not work but he always kept our family and our needs first but was wonderful in guiding us with making decisions. During this process the initial goal was to gain a new home for our family and he not only delivered that with ease, kindness, professionalism, open and responsive communication but also with such a big heart and a love for what he does that we also gained a friendship with him.
