Hello! Most of my life has been real estate related. I have been a banker for 22 years, a certified real estate appraiser for 7 years, a property tax consultant for 3 years and now a Realtor for 11 years here in Mt Shasta. My first real estate experience was at 16 when I bought 40 acres in Washington State where I grew up. Over the years I have bought and remodeled homes, developed land, built multi family units, bought a duplex- remodeled it and turned it into a nightly rental and ran it as an Inn in Santa Fe, and built 4 new homes for myself.
