First and foremost, I encountered Gain Paul during a virtual meeting on August 20th. I signed the seller agency agreement without any hesitation after he provided a comprehensive explanation of all steps in a manner that was easily comprehensible to me. At that time, I was conversing with two other estate agencies; however, I would prefer for him to take over the responsibility for searching for the location and condo complexses and close escrow as soon as possible, as I have already scheduled two upcoming surgeries on September 20th. We completed the escrow in less than 30 days, and here we are! I received the key on September 17th. Additionally, he cultivated strong relationships with loan officers and the escrow company (also known as parallel legal and lawyer), resulting in the referral of entire packages to me in order to expedite the completion of this escrow. I used whole packages of his referral. He promptly responds to text messages and emails, and he will offer assistance during the home purchasing process, as the documentation preparation can be somewhat overwhelming. Very knowledgeable about any potential hazards that homeowners may not be aware of, and we reviewed the interior and exterior, home appliances, roof attic, mail box key, and so forth three times, as I was somewhat forgetful. I am confident that you will not regret entrusting him with the entire process, particularly his recommendations for escrow companies and loan officers. They are all exceptional examples of teamwork. Additionally, I am able to undergo two surgeries without any complications of home purchasing this Friday, and I already relocated to a new property yesterday. It is a great relief to have completed the home purchase process without encountering any obstacles. I would again like to strongly endorse him. Rely/lean on him! Thank you,

Gian-Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was honest, patient and proactive. Honest, as in, he gave us candid opinions on places, in terms of issues or any work that might be needed or coming up on properties that we viewed. Patient, as in willing to listen to what we were looking for as novice buyers as we converged on locations that we liked and what we were looking for in a place (it took us some time to figure that out). Proactive as in, sending us places and pushing us to view more properties in a very competitive market as well as doing all the research, including comparative analysis, on places that we liked. After we made an offer, he handled all the communication and processing and kept us updated and sent us reminders about next steps. He also put us in touch with fantastic people for the bank loan as well as the attorneys for closing. Overall, he made the whole process quick and painless. And above all, he was super responsive, always responding to our questions within the hour (in most cases, within minutes). If or when we look for our next home, he'll no doubt be our realtor.

Gian Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We would let him know what places we liked during the week and he would arrange a full itenerary of showings on the weekend. If anything fell though, he would let us know immediately and arrange backups. Responses were quick and informational.
