Geri is the first realtor that comes to mind when I hear of someone I know looking to buy a home. She went above and beyond any expectations I ever had in a realtor when we were looking at homes. Geri took the time to let us thoroughly look at each house we were interested in and didnt mind having to go back that same house multiple times just so we could see it one more time. We never felt rushed and we never felt as though we asked a dumb question. She took time to explain any question or concern that we had (even if we had asked the same question a time or two before). Another thing that I was thoroughly impressed with Geri was when she not only showed us the pros of each house but also took the time to point out the houses flaws (black mold, uneven foundation, and also possible problem areas in the future). There was one house that we had looked at with a different realtor prior to teaming up with Geri who did not do this and actually would avoid questions about possible issues with the house and seemed to deny the possibility of a blackened area on the sheet rock in the basement being black mold. This realtor just seemed to want to make a sale . When we looked at the same house with Geri a month later Geri was the one to point this issue out to us! Geri is so passionate about her career and seems to want to find a house that matches the personality of the buyer. Not once did I feel like she was just out to make a sale and move on to the next one. She never tried to rush our decisions by using tactics like saying another person was looking at the house or similar tactics you hear of. She even answered calls/emails after hours. I cant think of one negative thing! Shes that great!!
