ZillowVERIFIEDI met Lydia like 8 years ago when I utilized her notary services. I didnt know she was a Real Estate agent until we discussed selling my house and she provided her business card. I didnt sell my house right away but Lydia was always available and generous with her time, assistance, knowledge and professional and personal advice. Years later, I decided to sell one of my homes and Lydia sold it for me within 30 days of putting it on the market. Lydia utilized her contacts to find a buyer that was open and willing to purchase the house without physically looking inside or knowing the condition of the property.
