He and his partner send helpful updates to keep clients aware of local RE trends.Gerry and I became acquainted through the realtors my husband and I used 20 years ago to buy our Marco Island condo. We have been working together to find a condo comparable to the one we currently own but where pets are allowed. It doesn't seem to be that difficult a request but we have found that it is. Gerry has been patient and very accomodating. He is frank and honest and I value that above all else. He also gets back to me with specific answers to specific questions. His knowledge of the area is impressive and if he doesn't know an answer, he says so and finds one. I would recommend him without hesitation.
