Georgeann was very helpful finding us a house. Georgeann was very responsive and made herself available for our schedule. We are very much in a sellers market with houses going very fast. This doesnt leave much room for negotiations but we were able to get the house for under asking after closing credits and maintenance credits with Georgeanns help.
