George Vasiliou

I am a seasoned real estate agent (License # 01864627) and property manager servicing the greater Sacramento region and Bay Area. My passion for this industry began at an early age, when I would accompany my father - a successful general contractor with over 30 years of experience - to his job-sites every weekend. During these formative years, my father walked me through each phase of the construction process and instilled in me the importance of providing top-notch customer service and never cutting corners. Intent on taking this experience to the next level, I began studying real estate 12 years ago. Simultaneously, I found myself driving to job sites with my father yet again, but this time as his business partner. As partners in MVC Construction, I helped oversee the flipping of 70 homes in the region. During this time, I learned the importance of budgeting, stern negotiating, managing multiple transactions, and complex problem solving. I pride myself on providing clients with honest representation and a strong work ethic - I will always fight for the best deal. I also know that real estate transactions can be a daunting undertaking for clients and, as such, place a premium on regular communication with them to ensure they are well-informed throughout the process.
