As a first time home buyer I obviously had many questions throughout the whole process and George was always able to guide and address all my concerns. He's exceeded expectations as my agent and made me feel very comfortable throughout. To add to his work ethic, he would even call non-listed houses in communities we liked to see if they were willing to sell. He found us a home that was no longer listed on the market where we got a viewing and instantly fell in love. His negotiating skills also helped greatly reduce our closing costs and has contacts in construction for anything we needed. As an agent, he was not looking to sell me a house but rather to find me a home. I greatly trust and strongly recommend George to anyone looking for an agent.
