Cabrina was fantastic through the entire home buying process. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, we always felt like she was fighting for us and making sure she did everything possible for us. She was good at first. Put trust in her. Bought a house site unseen...she did the walk through with previous owners things in the house and empty. Both times I asked if there were any bad smells. She said no. Said the carpets were dirty but weren't bad and could be cleaned. We used a home inspector she recommended. When we arrived the house smelled like a dumpster. Carpets were soiled sticky gross and had to be replaced. There was water damage and mold in the basement both her and the home inspector did not report. The home had solar which was not fully transfered. After the sale she never answered the phone and didn't help much to fix the issues. Told me I could sell SREC's the previous owner had saved for the last 3 years...which was wrong. Terrible experience which reminded me not to trust anyone.
