Steve stepped up even before he became the listing agent for our property. Before meeting Steve, we had known another agent who we had chosen for the purchase of a new home. My husband (not our agent) found our new property. When going through the escrow process, it became apparent that I (not our agent) needed to arrange for a roof inspection. Even though Steve was not part of that purchase transaction, but since we had become acquainted with him as a neighbor, he was kind enough to help us secure a reliable roof inspector.
