I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2009 and I've been selling homes in the Tri-cities area since 2007. He was very knowledgeable about the price range our property would bring and checked in with us while we were making up our mind to sell. Once we were ready he brought us a full asking price cash offer from the first people that looked at it. Closing was super easy.
