Josh went well above our expectations. We started out with looking at land and building a custom home and he recommended 3 builders that fit our needs. We interviewed the builders but could not locate the correct land. We then started looking for homes in several areas of Prescott and made offers on a few. We then found a piece of land and made an offer and closed witin 3 weeks. We can now start our forever home. Josh always kepted in touch and was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend him to everyone.

My wife and I started looking at homes in Prescott, and Julie Marquardt was recommended to us by my sister, which had several positive home buying/selling experiences with Julie. Julies expertise in the Prescott market was evident from our first meeting. She found out about our desire for a home and set up some filters for us to start seeing some interesting offerings in Prescott and surrounding areas. Since we were from San Diego, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do, so Julie even helped with that, scheduling and being present for various things we couldnt make or helping us schedule them so we could be there when it really counted. All through the sales process, she was there for us. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Julie. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how she went out of her way to accommodate our needs and provided honest advice on property values.
