Genevieve Guzman

Genevieve was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2016 and purchased her first home shortly after. Having experienced adversity throughout her childhood, she saw the value in building generational wealth. This led to a passion for helping people obtain that goal and build on it. With backgrounds in both the medical field and tech, she's able to combine her empathy and thirst for knowledge to help others with some of the largest purchases and/or sales they'll make. When she is not helping people find their dream homes, Genevieve can be found spending time with her family, walking her dog and three-legged cat, hiking, or watching cringe-worthy romantic comedies on Netflix.
