    I wish I could give a million stars for this review. Gene is by "Farr" the best in the business. His expertise was apparent from our first phone call. As an out of state buyer, it is easy to feel like you are out of the loop. Gene's consistent communication made us part of the entire process. He sent us great quality videos, as if we attended the showing ourselves. We had been searching for the perfect multi-generational property without an agent for a while. After we were referred to Gene, he found us a unicorn property in the matter of a week. The entire process was absolutely seamless. No stress. No misunderstandings. No miscommunication. He was quick to answer all of our questions and even followed up with Title and the Lender to ensure everything was in place for an on-time closing.
