We were looking at selling our home and purchase a new build and needed a realtor with the experience to handle all of our questions we would have along the way. In this case, we got a team to help when we reached out to The ShoBros. They were very confident they could get us top dollar for our home. They made the process very simple and stress free, from start to finish. To give some insight on The ShoBros experience, a house with an identical floorplan in our neighborhood, sold for $30K LESS than we were able to get for our home. Prep, photos, listing info, etc. all made a huge difference. Once we sold our house, they instantly transitioned into helping us with our new build process and have handled all the communication for us with the builder. The experience has been great and I am looking forward to hearing friends/family experience with them, as well. Thanks team, for allowing us to pursue our dream home!
