If you are buying, selling, or just looking around, Gavin is your guy!!! We fortunately happened upon Gavin and it was a good thing we did because he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We had a wonderful experience selling our home and buying our new one and I'm very pleased with how everything worked out. Gavin was our advocate and our listening ear as we looked at houses and put in offers. He was easy to work with, great at communication and was even willing to show us homes outside of normal business hours. Gavin made buying a house easy. He was flexible, sometimes meeting us only hours after asking to view a house. Very personable and knowledgeable as well. Gavin was absolutely fantastic to work with. While other agents ignored my early inquiries or tried to pass me to others, Gavin responded quickly and thoroughly. I was moving from out of state and had a single weekend in town to look at houses - Gavin lined up over 20 for us to go through over two days, which speaks to his amazing skills in knowing how long to go thru them and how long to drive! He even added homes I found that day, and did a great job finding homes I liked within my budget and location parameters. I ended up loving three of them and putting offers on two of them. His partner worked on my offers while we kept looking, allowing us to maximize my time. When he wasn't available, his partner stepped in and showed homes for him. Both were awesome to work with. After having an accepted offer, Gavin worked hard with an unresponsive sellers agent to ensure we closed on time. When the home appraised well under listing price, he went to bat for me to negotiate down the contract. I can't imagine doing this with any other agent. He was fantastic. Go with Gavin, you will be so glad you did!!!

Gavin was amazing to work with!! I was still living in Florida and Gavin would drive to any piece of property I wanted to see and at this time the temps were below zero. Gavin also never told me how to proceed in buying a house! That in itself is awesome. He would write my offer as I wanted it and was never a salesman- pushy, tell me to do this or that. My experience as a whole with Gavin was so good that I will pass his name to anyone thinking about buying a house!!
