Gaurav Gambhir

Gaurav began his real estate career in 2005 after graduating from Drexel University and has 15 years of experience in Financing, Negotiating, Tenant Fit-Outs, Property Management, Brokerage, Acquisition and Sales. Gaurav and the team at The Condo Shop serves the Philadelphia region with over $175 million in sales volume. The Condo Shop is the #1 Keller Williams team in the Greater Pennsylvania region in 2018. Gaurav is also the Operating Principal of one of the largest residential brokerages in Philadelphia - Keller Williams Philadelphia of over 450 agents. He is the CEO and Principal of TCS Management, TCS Investments, Black Label luxury, Rent Philly and involved in an investment fund TCS Anika Homes. To give back, Gaurav is active in a variety of civic and charitable organizations. He and his business support the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Habitat for Humanity, Philabundance and MANNA. On a personal level, Gaurav sits on the Drexel Real Estate Management and Development Advisory board. He also contributes to CureDuchenne, a cause supporting research and relief for muscular dystrophy. Gaurav has lived in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia for 20+ years, loves to travel and spend time with his wife, daughter and friends. Real Estate is not his job - it's his passion.
