Michael was on top of my purchase transaction from the start. He dealt with sellers being out of the country and kept me posted at every step. His professional interactions with the Seller agent, legal teams were excellent. When I had various questions he came back with answers or kept me updated on getting the answers. Also he assisted in the home inspection process which went smoothly. My knowledge of this area is far greater than his, but we worked together to progress, and collectively nothing slipped through the cracks. ie. He didnt need to sell me on location.
