I work with all types of sellers (traditional sales for trading up or down and those facing hardship with foreclosure or divorce) , buyers (1st time, second home or savvy buyers) and investors (who are looking to sell their rental properties or flips) as well as executors who need help selling an estate home.
I recently helped a client sell their home so they could transition to an independent assisted living facility. They had lived in the home for over 25 years and were grateful with the advice I gave them about pricing and marketing their home. They were also very appreciative of the attention to detail I gave to ensure they had smooth transaction. I loved helping them through what could have been a stressful situation to an easy transaction and into a new phase of their life.
I originally started as a junior loan officer when I graduated from Rowan University with a degree in economics. While I love numbers real estate was always more fascinating to me. 2 years later I took my customer service skills and changed professions to become a full time real estate agent in 2008 and never looked back!
I am a Broker Associate in the State of NJ which means I went for additional education and testing to receive the highest level of real estate licensing. I also have a degree in economics, have a background in mortgages and have recently completed the Certified Residential Specialist Designation which is held by only 3% of national Realtors.
