How does one put such an amazing relator like Gary into words? Consistent, concise, and cohesive. Gary's unflappable demeanor and expertise embellishes all of these things. Gary took care of myself and my fiancA(C) as we started our home ownership journey. He demonstrates a clear commitment to the clients he serves and is easily approachable. He listens to what you are looking for and adjusts based on what you have seen. We would go to 3 showings a day at times and Gary was there, encouraging and coaching us. His knowledge is not overbearing and he is a strong advocate when it comes to placing an offer. In todays market things moved so fast it felt like a mad dash at times. However, Gary grounded us and provided us with a level of support I hope other people will have the opportunity to have.
